IAM Engineer

Location: Hybrid role based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with additional locations in Gdansk, Poland; Madrid, Spain; and Stockholm, Sweden. Office attendance is expected 2–3 days per week depending on the role.

Base compensation for Poland: 99,400–184,600 PLN, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Administer and implement IAM security across Memority, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Access Governance, and LDAP directories.
• Configure and troubleshoot enterprise SSO, federation, MFA, and authentication integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, Kerberos, NTLM, and related protocols.
• Manage Memority Directory Server clusters, replication, Access servers, gateways, agents, and high-availability infrastructure across AWS and on-premises environments.
• Support SiteMinder and Memority Federate migrations, including adapters, service provider and identity provider connections, metadata, and certificates.
• Lead vulnerability mitigation, patch management, upgrades, operational documentation, and first-level escalation support.
• Drive IAM automation, integrations, proof-of-concept development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing IAM security technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Memority, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Access Governance, LDAP, MFA, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, Kerberos, NTLM, and RADIUS.
• Experience with Memority Federate adapter configuration, federation connections, metadata management, SSL certificates, and Memority Access Tokens.
• Knowledge of API security, OpenAM, SiteMinder, JWT tokens, OAuth 2.0, and certificate-based authentication.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and dynamic computing environments.
• Ability to deliver identity and API security proof-of-concepts and troubleshoot complex enterprise environments.
