Infrastructure Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; office-first hybrid setup with on-site work 80% of the time and remote work 20% of the time

What you will do

• Own infrastructure security across cloud environments and embed security into system architecture.
• Monitor alerts, respond to incidents, investigate root causes, and maintain incident response plans.
• Lead infrastructure vulnerability identification, remediation, risk-register management, and mitigation prioritization.
• Implement hardening strategies and improve infrastructure resilience against cyberattacks.
• Manage CNAPP, CSPM, endpoint detection and response, data loss prevention, SIEM, and vulnerability-scanning tooling.
• Secure CI/CD infrastructure and runners while collaborating with Infrastructure, IT, DX, and SRE teams to automate security controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure security or security engineering.
• Experience with cloud environments, infrastructure as code, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of network security, Linux/Unix hardening, identity and access management, and cloud threat actor tactics.
• Experience with enterprise vulnerability scanning, risk prioritization, EDR, CNAPP, DLP, SIEM, and related security solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting and automation, with experience applying AI to streamline security operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
