IAM Security Operations Engineer – Middle

Location: Remote, with hiring locations in Georgia, Poland, and Serbia

hirify.global is hiring for an IAM security operations role focused on secure identity and access management.

What you will do

• Handle complex and non-standard Joiner/Mover/Leaver access scenarios.
• Troubleshoot IAM services, including SSO, identity providers, provisioning flows, and Keycloak.
• Configure and maintain Adaxes automation rules, approval workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Implement changes across IAM services and integrations using federation protocols and APIs.
• Validate access requests against RBAC, least-privilege, and segregation-of-duties principles.
• Monitor IAM platform health, automate repetitive tasks, document solutions, and assist users with access requests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IAM, identity operations, or security engineering.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Keycloak, Adaxes, GWS, and related IAM services.
• Experience with IAM integrations using APIs, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on knowledge of RBAC, provisioning workflows, SSO, MFA, directory services, and IAM security risks.
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, communication, and independent incident-resolution skills.
• Scripting or automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash; English at B1+ level and strong Russian are required.
