AI Security Architect

Location: Remote from Poland

What you will do

• Build the foundations, roadmap, governance, and approval processes for a secure AI program.
• Define secure uses of AI for security testing, including code scanning, vulnerability discovery, finding validation, and vulnerability management integration.
• Design AI security architectures, reference architectures, threat models, controls, guardrails, and isolation requirements for AI workloads.
• Define secure operating and deployment standards for frontier models and AI systems.
• Design secure AI platforms across AWS and GCP, including logging, monitoring, and security telemetry requirements.
• Translate architecture and standards into an implementation backlog and support engineering delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in security architecture or cloud security across complex, multi-cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience securing AI/ML and LLM-based systems across data, model, and infrastructure layers.
• Knowledge of AI-specific threats, including prompt injection, data leakage, model abuse, and agent or tool misuse.
• Experience with AI infrastructure such as model hosting, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and AI gateways.
• Experience with AI security assessments, adversarial testing, threat modeling, or red-team evaluations.
• Strong cloud security knowledge in AWS and/or GCP, including IAM, network isolation, containers, logging, SIEM integration, and detection use cases; fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS, and ISO/IEC 42001.
