Engineering Manager - Robot Intelligence (AI)

What you will do

• Lead a full-stack team of software and machine learning engineers developing the intelligence layer for autonomous robots.
• Translate physical AI foundation models and complex robotic functionality into stable, scalable products for factory environments.
• Set standards for code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, deployment frequency, and 24/7 system reliability.
• Oversee the lifecycle from ML dataset curation and training through AI inference and Linux-based industrial interfaces.
• Build an applied research and experimentation culture that connects research outcomes to product delivery.
• Partner with Product Management, manage technical debt and architecture, and mentor engineering managers.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in complex technical environments such as robotics or industrial IoT.
• Deep experience with AI and machine learning, including dataset curation, model training, optimization, and agentic harnesses.
• Experience implementing agentic workflows and improving engineering velocity, deployment frequency, and system stability.
• Strong full-stack software development experience; robotics engineering experience is advantageous.
• Very good English skills for complex architectural discussions and stakeholder communication.
