SME - Regulatory Reporting (Fintech)

What you will do

• Evaluate client requirements and configure solutions for investment accounting and regulatory reporting needs.
• Advise clients directly throughout implementation projects in the DACH region.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve the product, onboarding experience, delivery timelines, and scalable processes.
• Work with global Analysts, Team Leads, and Program Managers to resolve client questions and implementation problems.
• Design training materials and standard operating procedures to share domain knowledge across the delivery organization.
• Manage assigned projects and coordinate the required resources.

Requirements

• Experience with regulatory reporting topics, including Solvency II Pillars 1 and 2, BaFin DAV, Sustainable Value, German investment tax requirements, and HGB.
• Knowledge of investment accounting, reporting, data challenges, or related financial services operations.
• Proficient use of Excel.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication, strong organization, interpersonal skills, curiosity, and problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with relevant experience in insurance, asset management, audit, fintech, investment accounting, or investment operations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of securities or financial markets, especially derivatives, alternative investments, structured products, or fixed income.
