Investment Team

Location: Berlin, Germany; 100% in-person and fully in-office

hirify.global is a global early-stage venture capital firm that partners with founders from inception through company building, investment, and scale.

What you will do

• Identify and attract exceptional early-stage founders and businesses through origination, content, outreach, conferences, and ecosystem engagement.
• Build relationships across technical, operator, and founder communities and persuade strong candidates to partner with hirify.global as their first investor.
• Assess founders and businesses, prepare due diligence, and bring investment decisions to the investment committee.
• Work directly with founders before and after investment on validation, momentum, fundraising, customer acquisition, partnerships, and hiring.
• Help build hirify.global's core investment team in Continental Europe and support junior team members and interns.
• Take ownership of operational improvements and initiatives beyond the formal scope of the role.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in early-stage investing or as a founder/operator who has raised money.
• Experience performing strongly in highly competitive environments.
• Strong communication, judgment, relationship-building, and followership skills.
• Independence, commercial grounding, curiosity, fast learning, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing quality.
• Comfort with modern tools and automation such as Airtable, Zapier, n8n, and Cursor.
• Willingness to work 100% in person in the Berlin office; this is not a hybrid or remote role.

Nice to have

• Technical background in software, hardware, or research.
• Experience building or shipping real systems.
