What you will do

• Identify and attract outlier founders through active origination, content creation, marketing, and ecosystem engagement.
• Assess founders and businesses to drive investment decisions and prepare due diligence for the Investment Committee.
• Work closely with founders before and after investment to support validation, fundraising, and hiring.
• Contribute to building hirify.global's presence in Continental Europe and mentor junior team members and interns.
• Take full ownership of operational needs and participate in global initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in early-stage investing or as a founder/operator who has raised capital.
• Full technical background (software, hardware, or research) with a history of building or shipping real systems.
• Proven ability to thrive in highly competitive, high-intensity environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and judgment to build relationships and followership.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Berlin with a non-traditional, high-ownership schedule (not 9-to-5).
• High independence and comfort with ambiguity and rapid pace.
