What you will do

• Develop and refine investment strategies across various asset classes, geographies, and time horizons.
• Conduct deep-dive research and market analysis on venture investments, public equities, hedge funds, and real estate.
• Lead commercial, financial, and strategic due diligence, including advanced financial modelling and business model assessment.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track capital calls, and prepare structured update materials for the Managing Director.
• Build and upgrade investment infrastructure, implementing screening frameworks and AI-based research tools.
• Establish a repeatable sourcing and evaluation process for a new late-stage direct investment track.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in investing, transaction execution, or analytical roles (PE, VC, Hedge Funds, or Investment Banking).
• Outstanding academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling and a deep understanding of capital structures and fund mechanics.
• English: Fluent (C1+) written and spoken.
• German: Fluent written and spoken.
• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.
