What you will do

• Identify and attract exceptional founders through content, outreach, and ecosystem engagement.
• Assess businesses at inception, perform due diligence, and present investment decisions to the IC.
• Work closely with portfolio companies to provide validation, momentum, and fundraising support.
• Contribute to the growth and operations of hirify.global's core team in Continental Europe.
• Develop and pressure-test your own startup ideas for future company building.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in early-stage investing or as a founder/operator who has raised capital.
• Proven track record in highly competitive environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, judgment, and ability to build relationships.
• Full technical background (software, hardware, or research) with experience shipping real systems.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Airtable, Zapier, n8n, and Cursor.
• Must be able to work 100% in-office; hybrid or remote work is not permitted.
