Investment Team (Founder Track)

Location: Berlin, Germany; 100% in-person and fully in-office

hirify.global is a global early-stage venture capital firm that backs founders from inception, provides initial capital and expansion support, and invests in startups across a wide range of industries and technologies.

What you will do

• Identify, attract, and build relationships with exceptional founders through outreach, content, ecosystem engagement, and conferences.
• Assess founders and inception-stage businesses, prepare due diligence, and present investment decisions to the Investment Committee.
• Work alongside founders on validation and momentum while helping unlock fundraising, customers, partners, and hires.
• Contribute to building hirify.global’s core investment team and take ownership of operational and global initiatives.
• Develop founder skills and pressure-test potential startup ideas with support from hirify.global’s network.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in key roles at early-stage startups or a proven track record in highly competitive environments.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, judgment, and followership skills.
• Curiosity, fast learning, commercial grounding, high energy, and a strong desire to contribute.
• Independence and comfort working without close oversight or frequent feedback.
• Comfort with modern tools and automation, including Airtable, Zapier, n8n, and Cursor.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality; a full technical background in software, hardware, or research is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience building or shipping real technical systems.
