Senior Currency Hedging Product Development Specialist

Salary: $85,000–$130,000 base salary per year plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Support the development and enhancement of Currency Hedging products and services.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for product enhancements and technology-driven solutions.
• Analyze fund accounting, currency hedging, and operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, controls, data quality, and risk mitigation.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing for new functionality.
• Manage product development and business initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Coordinate Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Client Service stakeholders while tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in fund accounting, currency hedging, foreign exchange operations, or a related financial services function.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting processes and investment operations.
• Excellent business analysis, problem-solving, process improvement, requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and solution design skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time-sensitive deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with VBA/macros, automation tools, SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting foreign exchange, currency hedging, or related financial services activities.
