Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Shanghai, China; fully onsite

What you will do

• Analyze management information and business results, providing financial modeling support for business decisions.
• Coordinate monthly regional forecasting, variance analysis, and reviews of volume, revenue, variable costs, and margins.
• Conduct annual budgeting, scenario analysis, and financial reviews for regional variable margin, net working capital, and sales and administrative expenses.
• Prepare and analyze net working capital forecasts to support cash flow optimization and continuous improvement.
• Partner with commercial and product managers on pricing support and margin impact analysis.
• Build and maintain finance dashboards and respond to ad hoc requests with accurate financial information.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA with a Finance emphasis is also relevant.
• Minimum five years of experience in a financial analyst capacity.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query, and other analytical tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build trust across the organization.
