Business Manager (Finance)

Location: Qingdao, Shandong, China; onsite five days a week. Relocation is available for this position.

What you will do

• Provide primary financial and accounting support to a facility or business unit.
• Support facility and business unit managers with planning and strategic analysis.
• Perform cost and investment analysis, including plant rates, ROI, pricing, and make-or-buy studies.
• Participate in consensus-based decision-making for the supported facility or business.
• Prepare monthly profit-center reporting and Rolling Business Management reports.
• Support annual business planning and executive review processes.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes for sound decision-making.
• Ability to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning.
• Skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling.
• Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis and interpret financial and numerical information.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Qingdao, China.
