Senior Manager, Strategic Bank Capital (Clean Energy Finance)

Location: Remote across the US and Canada, with optional offices in Washington, DC, New York City, and San Francisco. Optional co-working is available in Seattle, Denver, Boston, Los Angeles, and other locations.

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience and revenue scope, excluding equity.

What you will do

• Support coverage of bank counterparties, including investor desks, treasury and principal investing groups, bank-sponsored funds, and warehouse and forward-flow providers.
• Execute the bank coverage strategy and develop an understanding of each bank’s mandate, appetite, and return thresholds.
• Manage assigned bank relationships, prepare meeting materials and follow-ups, and support opportunities from initial engagement through execution and repeat deployment.
• Maintain the bank coverage model, target list, CRM pipeline, forecasting updates, and relationship continuity.
• Coordinate with Investments, Debt Capital Markets, Tax Credit Markets, and Structuring & Pricing on diligence, information requests, and timelines.
• Develop bank-facing materials, track market trends, identify new capital channels, and represent hirify.global at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in capital markets, bank coverage, capital formation, project finance, structured finance, or a related discipline, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Experience with a commercial or investment bank, advisory or placement firm, or institutional investor covering banks.
• Exposure to tax equity, transferable tax credits, preferred equity, construction or term debt, warehouse or forward-flow facilities, or structured products.
• Strong understanding of risk, structure, and return drivers, with organized pipeline management and clear written and verbal communication.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 required, or willingness to obtain them under hirify.global’s broker-dealer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or another advanced degree.
• Existing relationships with bank investor desks, treasury, or principal investing groups.
• Familiarity with US Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Adviser regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure finance.
