Representative Lead - BPS Middle Office (Structured Finance)

Location: Hybrid in Jacksonville, FL; Milwaukee, WI; and Atlanta, GA. Remote only in Houston, TX and Pittsburgh, PA.

Salary: $87,290–$148,390 per year.

What you will do

• Lead middle office operations for CLO, CDO, syndicated loan, and other structured finance portfolios.
• Oversee cash reconciliations, trade settlements, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, and operational controls.
• Serve as the primary client contact and resolve complex operational and portfolio issues.
• Deliver accurate investor and financial reporting while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Drive process improvements, root cause analysis, automation initiatives, and team leadership support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in structured finance, investment operations, corporate trust services, or middle office functions.
• Experience supporting CLOs, CDOs, syndicated loans, or similar institutional assets.
• Expertise in cash reconciliations, transaction processing, waterfall calculations, compliance testing, and investor reporting.
• Strong knowledge of structured finance products, cash flow mechanics, portfolio servicing, and financial reporting requirements.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CDO Suite, Wall Street Office, Solvas, or similar portfolio servicing platforms.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring colleagues, or providing operational oversight.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, financial modeling, reporting automation, and structured finance compliance experience.
