Focus on optimizing pipelines, benchmarking AI models, and validating biological data analysis workflows.
Location: Remote – Worldwide
Salary: $50–$100 per hour

What you will do
- Design and evaluate bioinformatics workflows.
- Analyze genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets.
- Optimize pipeline configurations and statistical methods.
- Support AI model benchmarking and validation.
- Develop reproducible scientific workflows.
- Document findings and communicate technical insights.
Requirements
- PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field, or equivalent industry or research experience.
- Hands-on experience with biological data analysis.
- Strong Python or R programming and statistical reasoning skills.
- Experience with computational biology, bioinformatics, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, NGS, RNA-seq, and variant analysis.
- Experience with BLAST, GATK, Samtools, Biopython, Nextflow, Snakemake, and Linux.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML-assisted biology, structural biology, or drug discovery.
