Research Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Advise customers on research methodologies, sampling strategies, and study designs.
• Manage multiple research engagements from scoping and study setup through data collection, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead customer conversations, provide expert guidance, manage expectations, and solve complex research challenges.
• Design and build studies using Qualtrics and hirify.global.
• Conduct quantitative analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Supply teams to support opportunities and improve research processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and delivering complex research projects.
• Experience advising customers on research methodology, study design, and sampling strategies.
• Strong quantitative research, statistical analysis, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience managing multiple client-facing research projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Qualtrics and analytical tools such as R, Python, SPSS, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Academic research background, including a PhD or equivalent research experience.
• Experience across academic and commercial research environments.
• Experience with qualitative research or scalable research processes and best practices.
