PM Engineer - EPC HV Substations

What you will do

• Support the migration of project and portfolio data into the OnePM platform by reviewing, validating, cleansing, and organizing structured data.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across OnePM, Primavera, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Track migration progress, document issues, and escalate risks when appropriate.
• Create project documentation, status reports, trackers, and process guides.
• Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and system administrators to validate information and support system transition activities.
• Audit active OnePM projects, troubleshoot data issues, and coach staff on data-entry best practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, PMO Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience with project schedules, project data, reporting, or PMO processes.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Clarizen, or similar enterprise systems.
• Previous involvement in data migration, system implementation, PMO support, transformation, or process-improvement initiatives.
• Strong English language and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; EPC project experience is highly preferred.
