Stock Plan Services Quality Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Remote - Nationwide within the United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT sponsorship, is not available.

Base salary: $65,600.00–$92,675.00 per year, with eligibility for a bonus program.

What you will do

• Perform quality reviews of back-office operational processing for Stock Plan Services.
• Review and approve enrollments, equity award exercises, trading, money movement, pending transactions, and escalations.
• Verify customer, account, transaction, and operational data across multiple systems.
• Perform post-transaction quality assurance, research, reconciliations, and reprocessing.
• Identify processing errors, control gaps, AML concerns, fraud indicators, and operational risks.
• Recommend process improvements, train team members, and support regulatory and compliance requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or four additional years of financial services experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in brokerage services, brokerage operations, or stock plan services.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 registrations are required.
• FINRA fingerprinting is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, judgment, accuracy, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetX360 and Pershing.
• Direct experience with stock plan administration, equity award processing, stock option exercises, trading, and money movement.
• Experience with operational quality assurance, reconciliations, transaction research, or quality control in brokerage or financial services.
