What you will do

• Set the direction for product, corporate, and partner PR programs in alignment with business goals, product roadmaps, and thought leadership.
• Lead communications for product launches, partner announcements, customer stories, financial news, and acquisitions.
• Secure high-quality coverage in top-tier media and new media publications, improving brand recognition and competitive sentiment.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, corporate development, legal, partner marketing, and executive teams on messaging and strategic communications.
• Use AI tools and agentic workflows to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate content creation, and improve PR operations.
• Oversee press releases, blog posts, op-eds, talking points, executive communications, and North American PR agency relationships.

Requirements

• 8+ years of communications experience in enterprise software or a growth-stage technology company.
• Experience with data and AI companies and technologies, including product PR, corporate PR, and partner communications.
• Fluency with AI tools and demonstrated use of them to improve workflows, content creation, or research.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting stories for diverse audiences.
• Established relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and creators, plus experience with crisis communications and reputation management.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
