Promotions Executive (iGaming)

Location: Soho, London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with three days per week in the office from Tuesday to Thursday

What you will do

• Plan promotional campaign calendars for specific territories and execute campaigns across sportsbook products.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance using data platforms, testing strategies to improve future results.
• Develop player segment insights to support retention, revenue growth, and customer journeys.
• Coordinate campaign support with the CRM team across email, login messages, push notifications, and SMS.
• Work with Casino Promotion, Trading, and Insights teams to develop cross-sell opportunities and assess sportsbook promotions.
• Write promotional terms and conditions, prepare design briefs, resolve escalated sportsbook queries, and conduct competitor and market analysis.

Requirements

• Previous experience in online gaming, specifically sportsbook.
• Marketing experience and an understanding of sportsbook products.
• Strong numerical, Excel, reporting, and technical skills with the ability to adapt to new tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complete campaign tasks accurately.
• Ability to write flawless terms and conditions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication, creativity, customer focus, and interest in improving the customer experience.
