Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Maryland, United States. Applicants must already hold a TS/SCI clearance with a current Full Scope Polygraph. Clearance sponsorship or processing is not available.

Salary: $176,000–$192,000 per year, plus $44,000–$48,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Provide dataflow expertise through software development and process improvement.
• Expand existing workflow automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain web applications for analytic and workflow support.
• Deliver solutions iteratively within a fast CI/CD workflow.
• Interact directly with customers and teammates, gathering and applying feedback on project status and results.
• Collaborate with analysts, operators, and developers to support mission-focused solutions.

Requirements

• Current TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph is required before applying.
• At least 8 years of experience, or a technical bachelor's degree plus equivalent experience substitution.
• Extensive full-stack development experience with an emphasis on web development.
• Experience with relational databases, customer cross-domain solutions, and feedback-driven development.
• Development experience in a Linux environment and experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with JavaScript and Python.
• Experience deploying and operating open-source tools in an agency environment.
• Experience with Svelte, OpenTelemetry, or OpenObserve.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
• Experience with dataflow engineering, Linux administration, or certificate-based cryptography.
