Customer Order Manager (Wind Energy)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; the team is primarily located in the North American region, including the United States and Canada, with some remote home-office arrangements within the region.

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between regional internal customers and global departments supplying parts and consumables to wind farm sites.
• Provide delivery dates, shipment tracking information, and proof of delivery.
• Initiate expediting and support supply solutions when delivery issues arise.
• Manage order processing, delivery scheduling, backlog aging, and open order lines.
• Support customer service and quality issue resolution through regular customer meetings and communication.
• Use SAP reports, order-pegging tools, Jira, and ticket systems to meet promised delivery dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of supply chain experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, organizational, and systems skills.
• Experience with SAP S&D or EWM and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Understanding of supply chain and purchase-order contract language, preferably with an energy-sector background.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
