Strategy and Business Operations Principal (Rovo and AI)

Location: Remote role associated with San Francisco or Seattle, United States; hirify.global can hire in countries where it has a legal entity.

Salary: $152,388–$239,700 annual base salary, depending on US geographic pay zone.

What you will do

• Map fast-moving AI innovations to company-wide priorities and product roadmaps.
• Drive strategic and data-driven decision-making through analysis, research, and insights.
• Lead operational planning, including long-range plans, short- and medium-term plans, and OKR frameworks.
• Own business reviews for Rovo and AI leaders and hirify.global’s executive team.
• Monitor operational plans and key business drivers, identifying what is working and what requires improvement.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, data science, and finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in high-growth software or technology, business operations, consulting, or investment banking.
• Structured approach to decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use a range of AI tools to accelerate work.
• Strong ownership, independent execution, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm for technology.
• Work eligibility is tied to countries where hirify.global has a legal entity.
