What you will do
- Support hiring across Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations.
- Serve as the primary recruiting partner for the Marketing organization.
- Partner with C-suite stakeholders on hiring priorities and organizational needs.
- Source candidates creatively across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.
- Advise senior leaders on role design and hiring strategy.
- Track pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth or complex environments.
- Experience hiring candidates from top-performing companies, scale-ups, or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong, creative, research-led sourcing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, high-context environment.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence advising senior stakeholders.
