Sr. Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Queretaro, Mexico

What you will do

• Establish standard production methods based on process flow diagrams and control plans.
• Integrate the 4M framework covering material, machine, method, and manpower considerations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, procedures, forms, and other production-standard documentation.
• Support production training according to established standards and schedules.
• Help resolve process issues affecting safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
• Support quality investigations and improvement activities from internal and external sources.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of process engineering maps, Lean manufacturing methodology, process design, specification books, and process release.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, Core Tools, AMEF, and GD&T drawing interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001.

Nice to have

• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of assembly, plastic mixing, MCU, or curing manufacturing processes.
