Engineering Manager, Product Discovery & My Account Experience (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the Discovery & My Account engineering team responsible for product selection and post-purchase account experiences in FastStore.
• Translate product priorities into delivery plans and balance roadmap work, sustaining activities, and on-call capacity.
• Track delivery, performance, and reliability metrics for owned services.
• Lead 1:1s, feedback, career development, performance reviews, and hiring.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Product Services, customers, partners, and engineering teams to manage risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, technical proposals, AI adoption, and company-wide engineering practices.

Requirements

• Solid software engineering background and significant experience as an Engineering Manager.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams, developing people, managing performance, and delivering complex technical projects.
• Hands-on interest in AI/LLMs, automation, and modern development tools, with strong critical thinking about responsible AI use.
• Advanced English required for collaboration in a global, distributed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
