Senior Product Manager I - Digital Payments (Fintech)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $137,200–$184,000 per year, plus potential bonus, long-term incentive units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own portions of the product development lifecycle from ideation through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Manage the roadmap for a digital wallet and entitlements platform supporting tickets, passes, and park benefits.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, feature definitions, and backlog inputs.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and business partners across multiple teams.
• Design, enhance, and integrate software features, third-party solutions, SaaS products, APIs, SDKs, and multiple systems.
• Use data, experimentation, emerging technologies, and fintech expertise to improve payment and wallet experiences at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of related work experience.
• Strong experience with digital wallets, including Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, payment gateway integration, payment tokenization, and PCI DSS compliance.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, API and SDK integration, technical architecture, and initiatives spanning multiple teams.
• Experience analyzing datasets, metrics, user insights, and experiments using tools such as Tableau, digital analytics platforms, or SQL.
• Ability to create feature-level requirements and user stories, prioritize multiple areas, and drive strategic ideas into execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and cross-functional collaboration.
