Senior Product Manager I (Product Optimization & Experimentation)

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States

Salary: $137,200–$184,000 per year, with potential bonus and/or long-term incentive units.

What you will do

• Define the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and partner experience for experimentation services across web and mobile products.
• Identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver experiments with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Data Science, and business teams.
• Guide experiment design, including hypotheses, audiences, success metrics, guardrails, power analysis, duration, and result interpretation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, workflows, and backlog priorities.
• Establish experimentation standards, governance, documentation, templates, playbooks, and scalable operating practices.
• Improve experimentation platforms, data quality, measurement capabilities, automation, and portfolio reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, product optimization, experimentation strategy, digital analytics, or a related field.
• Experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, managing backlogs, writing requirements, and leading initiatives through discovery, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation principles, including experimental design, statistical power, minimum detectable effect, success metrics, guardrails, and test interpretation.
• Experience with experimentation or analytics platforms such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Contentsquare, or comparable tools.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and communicate analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience; Agile experience and familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce, travel, hospitality, entertainment, consumer digital products, or enterprise experimentation programs.
• Experience with web and mobile app ecosystems, behavioral or customer journey analytics, SQL, Tableau, UX, conversion optimization, design systems, or accessibility.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows, automation, or agentic solutions for experimentation.
• Experience developing experimentation education, documentation, templates, playbooks, or enablement programs.
