Supervisor, Operations (Retail)

What you will do

• Monitor contracted cleaning services and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, construction, and other operational services.
• Maintain safe, reliable, and aesthetically pleasing mall facilities while identifying and eliminating safety hazards.
• Coordinate fire safety, emergency and disaster response, OSHA, ADA, EPA, and other regulated programs.
• Support expense, energy, and capital budgets, manage operating expenses, and conduct condition assessments for long-range planning.
• Oversee contractors and tenant construction, ensuring work follows approved plans and mall criteria while supporting permit coordination.
• Lead staff development and performance management, maintain tenant relationships, manage purchasing and inventory, and participate in the Manager-on-Duty rotation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least three years of facility or maintenance operations experience in a supervisory position.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and other property-management programs.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, remain flexible, and solve problems promptly.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
