Supervisor, Autonomous GSE Operations

Location: On-site in Atlanta, United States, at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

What you will do

• Lead approximately 30 Autonomous GSE Operators across two shifts in a 24/5 operation.
• Publish operator schedules and tug assignments, manage time-off requests, and track attendance.
• Monitor real-time autonomous fleet performance and intervene when safety, service, or equipment standards are not met.
• Lead pre-shift and post-shift briefings, monthly one-on-ones, coaching, and progressive disciplinary documentation.
• Investigate safety incidents and near misses, documenting root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with ramp, bag room, and maintenance teams on flight operations, baggage flow, fleet availability, and repairs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to pass federal background checks and obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people-leadership skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to use email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and other standard office software.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, airport, or airside operations.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems or autonomous vehicle operations.
• Experience leading distributed or multi-shift teams.
