Operations Supervisor, Autonomous GSE Operators

Location: Atlanta, GA, USA, at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport; onsite airside work required

What you will do

• Lead approximately 30 Autonomous GSE Operators across two shifts in a 24/5 operation.
• Create weekly schedules and tug assignments, manage time-off requests, and track attendance.
• Monitor autonomous fleet performance and coordinate maintenance response for downed units.
• Review operational metrics, ensure data quality, and submit daily and weekly reports to leadership.
• Conduct briefings, one-on-one meetings, coaching, and progressive disciplinary processes.
• Investigate safety incidents and near misses, document root causes and corrective actions, and coordinate with ramp and bag room leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to pass federal background checks and obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people-leadership skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to use email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and other standard office software.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, airport, or airside operations.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems or autonomous vehicle operations.
• Experience leading distributed or multi-shift teams.
