Financial Operations - Cash Applications (Part-Time)

Location: On-site in Waukegan, Illinois, United States; 15–20 hours per week. Required availability on Monday and Friday; Thursday availability is a plus.

Salary: $25–$27 per hour

What you will do

• Process customer checks, electronic payments, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain account analysis, reconciliation, and accounting adjustment reports.
• Review third-party payment data and match transactions to customer accounts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Availability to work on-site 15–20 hours per week, including Monday and Friday.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Accounts receivable or banking experience.
• Additional availability on Thursdays.
