Transcon Agent (Logistics)

Location: Kent, Washington, United States; onsite

Salary: $26–$29 per hour, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Coordinate smooth and timely Transcon freight movement and delivery.
• Enter accurate shipment data, track and trace files, and complete operational reporting.
• Use the export Transcon workflow and manage client and vendor billing.
• Arrange shipments with customers, respond to internal and external requests, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, updated customer operating procedures, and adherence to KPI standards.
• Escalate operational issues and identify process improvements that increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Knowledge of logistics operations, global freight processes, and basic local regulatory compliance.
• Fluent English and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, helpful attitude.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and internal and external regulations.

• Hazardous materials certification.
