What you will do

• Lead work with acquisition offices to shape and respond to solicitations.
• Drive teams toward multi-year Department of the Navy program wins and high-value contract closures.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with program offices.
• Manage industry partner relationships and support customer engagement.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations to align with hirify.global portfolios.
• Lead programmatic capture actions for X-BAT and other advanced systems supporting USMC programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic capture or Department of the Navy acquisition experience.
• Deep knowledge of Department of the Navy and USMC acquisition or requirements processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Active Secret clearance required; TS clearance preferred.
• DAWIA Program Manager - Advanced certification required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Navy or Marine Corps program capture experience within the previous five years.
