Field Applications Engineer

Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. The role includes up to 15% travel for training and cross-site support, along with regular physical activity on campus.

What you will do

• Lead or support customer transitions to new technology nodes and optimize ramp-up and performance.
• Translate customer on-product issues into lithography or metrology problem statements and drive resolution.
• Define and communicate customer requirements for hirify.global products through technical engagement.
• Analyze experimental data and use the findings to guide product usage.
• Identify opportunities for applications-product improvements and contribute to strategic development.
• Prepare technical presentations, maintain customer relationships, and align internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• At least 6 months of experience in a technical workstream or customer-focused semiconductor role.
• At least 2 years of experience with MATLAB or Python.
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing technical data and presenting findings.
• Strong customer focus, communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, organization, and project execution skills.
• Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before starting the role.
