Digital Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada, working EST hours

Salary: CAD 60,000–70,000 annualized

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex web, AI, and digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Structure multi-threaded projects with milestones, sprint plans, deliverables, status documentation, and resource planning.
• Coordinate UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Manage client communication, expectations, scope changes, risks, bottlenecks, and resource allocation across active workstreams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and design reviews.
• Explore and integrate emerging AI tools to improve agency and client workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital project management experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment.
• Experience leading UX/UI, design systems, research, engineering, custom web or app development, APIs, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or strong curiosity about generative workflows and AI-driven design and development.
• Ability to translate evolving briefs into clear plans, adapt to shifting timelines, and remain effective under pressure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for communication with engineers, creative directors, and client executives.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup from Toronto, Canada, during EST hours.
