Retail Closing Specialist

Location: Marshall, Graceville, Olivia, or Warren, Minnesota, US

Salary: $49,120–$78,930 annually, with a 7.5%–15% incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Prepare non-consumer loan documents from approval through finalization.
• Verify loan pricing, fees, rate-lock agreements, entity and trust documentation, appraisals, collateral, and closing conditions.
• Coordinate title work, resolve documentation issues, and ensure compliance with lending regulations and procedures.
• Approve loan disbursements, book loans, and complete post-closing activities.
• Perfect lien positions by recording and filing documents, following up on lien releases, obtaining vehicle titles, and securing final title policies or opinions.
• Maintain collateral tracking records and coordinate with colleagues to support the customer experience.

Requirements

• At least two years of related experience.
• College degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of loan closing procedures, lending documentation, collateral, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to monitor deadlines, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records.
