Technical Consultant (Clinical Trial Technology)

Location: Remote - United States; travel to client sites is required for meetings and user training.

What you will do

• Support assigned clients and project teams delivering Interactive Response Technology for clinical trial randomization and drug supply management.
• Maintain IRT systems, oversee support processes, mitigate risks, and coordinate with clients and vendors.
• Lead study change controls, configure go-live data, and design integrations with other eClinical solutions.
• Create data review plans, FAQs, training materials, manuals, videos, presentations, and maintenance reports.
• Act as the escalation point for complex customer support issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement solutions and process improvements.
• Provide product feedback, support users by phone and email, travel for client meetings and training, and assist with onboarding new staff.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to understand technical systems and perform troubleshooting.
• Analytical thinking, creative problem solving, attention to detail, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
