Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse & Logistics (Biotech)

Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire, United States — on-site. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What you will do

• Lead warehouse and logistics operations to ensure the timely and compliant movement of materials across the site.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain accuracy, availability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, coach, and support a team focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators to improve efficiency, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety requirements, and company policies.

Requirements

• Experience leading warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills, including experience developing teams and driving performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and logistics processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement skills.
