Senior Technical Product Manager (AI/ML Platform): Owning the product strategy for a shared services layer that powers Constructor's learning and research applications, driving the evolution of Platform capabilities including identity, data infrastructure, AI/ML services, and developer tools. With an accent on developing a modular foundation that enables internal teams and external partners to build and ship faster while maintaining enterprise-grade security, compliance, and global readiness. Focus on consolidating fragmented components and requirements into unified platform services, defining a product vision for a multi-instance, scalable foundation, and balancing technical constraints with business needs in roadmap execution.

Location: Remote work in locations without Constructor offices or Hybrid work in locations with offices (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). Working hours usually between 09:00/10:00 and 18:00/19:00 CET or EET.

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision for a multi-instance, scalable platform foundation supporting SaaS and on-premise deployments.
• Collaborate with application product teams to consolidate fragmented components into unified platform services.
• Stay updated with industry developments and technologies to inform Platform strategy.
• Communicate Platform insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Drive a roadmap with cross-organizational dependencies, balancing technical constraints and business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a program or product manager for platform, SaaS infrastructure, or API products.
• Computer Science or a similar degree.
• A strong technical background, comfortable discussing API design, architecture, and authentication flows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
