Senior Technical Product Manager (AI/ML Platform)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid work is available in locations with offices, with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote. Remote work is available in locations without company offices.

What you will do

• Define and drive the product vision for a scalable, multi-instance platform supporting SaaS and on-premise deployments.
• Develop shared platform services covering identity, data infrastructure, AI/ML services, and developer tools.
• Consolidate fragmented application components and requirements into unified platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize features and capabilities.
• Build and manage a roadmap with dependencies across the wider organization.
• Analyze performance data and communicate platform recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a program or product manager for platform, SaaS infrastructure, or API products.
• Computer Science or a similar degree.
• Strong technical background with the ability to discuss API design, architecture, and authentication flows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with developer platforms or platform-as-a-service products.
• Experience managing AI/ML infrastructure or platforms.
