What you will do

• Lead and advise on critical business initiatives across finance sub-functions, geographies, and organizations.
• Analyze, report, and reconcile complex financial and operational results.
• Support capital strategies, budgeting, planning, controls, and return-on-investment decisions.
• Partner with business leaders on long-term strategic decisions and business planning.
• Drive globally impactful process improvements and policy development.
• Lead cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial planning.
• Experience with internal controls, variance analysis, KPIs, P&L management, process improvement, and SAP applications.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Position is based in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; relocation is not offered.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
