Trade Operations Analyst (TradFi)

Location: Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan. Remote-first, work-from-home arrangement; availability may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Handle daily settlement and reconciliation for TradFi products.
• Investigate product issues end to end and work with product managers and engineers on root causes and fixes.
• Manage the listing and delisting of tickers, stocks, and funds.
• Coordinate with Customer Service on user issues, escalations, and feedback.
• Work with Treasury, Clearing, and regional teams on operational matters.
• Analyze market and product data, prepare reports, and share recurring issues with VIP and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in TradFi, such as brokerage, equities, derivatives, or a similar area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, data, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Crypto experience or strong interest in the digital-asset industry.
