Digital Asset Operations Specialist (Crypto)

Location: Hong Kong; remote workplace

Crypto-native hedge fund operating across digital asset markets.

What you will do

• Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions.
• Monitor and document staking, bridging, and smart contract interactions.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, margin tracking, collateral monitoring, settlements, and daily reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records across fund administration, prime broker, custody, and counterparty partners.
• Own operational dashboards, reporting, procedures, security processes, and issue escalation to the COO team.
• Drive process improvement, automation, technology implementation, KPI tracking, and business continuity testing.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of operations experience at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or crypto financial services business.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in operational data.
• Structured approach to managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Clear, direct, and proactive communication across trading, technology, compliance, and research teams.
• Comfort working in high-stakes, fast-moving, 24/7 market environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Digital asset operations experience covering custody, settlements, staking, and DeFi workflows.
• Exposure to exchange or counterparty operations and post-trade settlement.
• Experience working with engineering on system monitoring and incident documentation.
• Finance, technical, or business education.
