What you will do

• Manage and execute global fiat asset investments across approved traditional finance products.
• Identify investment opportunities for fiat treasury balances, considering liquidity, safety, yield, and duration.
• Monitor and optimize allocations across cash, deposits, money market instruments, fixed income products, government securities, and other approved vehicles.
• Analyze markets, macroeconomic trends, interest rates, counterparty conditions, and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate with treasury, finance, legal, compliance, tax, accounting, and operations teams on investment strategy, documentation, and implementation.
• Develop treasury investment frameworks, controls, reports, and risk-management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in treasury, cash management, asset investment, portfolio management, or institutional liquidity management.
• Strong understanding of global fiat treasury management, traditional financial products, liquidity principles, investment risk, and counterparty evaluation.
• Experience working with global banking partners and financial institutions, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of treasury controls, governance, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
