Director, Product Alliance & Strategy (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid onsite role in Newark, California, United States. Minimal travel required.

Base pay: $180,000–$220,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop growth strategies across DRAM, Flash/SSD, CXL, and emerging memory technologies.
• Analyze AI infrastructure, customer, technology, and competitive trends to identify product and market opportunities.
• Translate AI workloads and data center architectures into product requirements and differentiated roadmaps.
• Build strategic relationships with hyperscalers, neoclouds, OEMs/ODMs, semiconductor suppliers, and AI infrastructure providers.
• Develop joint development, reference architecture, interoperability, and go-to-market partnerships.
• Convert product strategies and partnerships into customer engagements, design wins, bookings, and revenue.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in memory, storage, semiconductors, AI infrastructure, data center systems, or related technology markets.
• Strong knowledge of DRAM, NAND Flash, SSDs, server memory, and data center architectures.
• Understanding of AI infrastructure, GPUs/accelerators, CXL, and emerging memory architectures.
• Experience developing strategic technology and ecosystem partnerships, product strategies, business cases, and commercialization plans.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or an advanced technical degree is preferred.
