Sr. Director of Product Management (AI Security Platform)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; most teams work from the office full time.

Salary: $267,800–$367,500 per year, plus potential restricted stock units and bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the Product Management team for Prisma AIRS AI Security Services.
• Build and scale AI threat detection services and integrated security modules.
• Define product vision, strategy, technology requirements, and roadmap based on market and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional security teams to deliver the platformization strategy.
• Communicate product roadmaps to customers, prospects, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive product pricing, go-to-market decisions, product marketing, and cross-functional launch readiness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product or security organizations, including at least 5 years in a lead or management role.
• Experience with cloud, networking, security, and AI enterprise products or platforms.
• Professional experience in network security and AI security.
• Strong ownership of the full product lifecycle and a proven record leading focused product management teams.
• Very strong written, verbal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• BS/MS degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI for Security and Security for AI.
• Experience building AI/ML-powered enterprise platform solutions.
• MBA or equivalent business education.
