Senior Production Designer

Location: Remote from Latin America; availability to work in the Pacific Time (PST) time zone.

What you will do

• Refine and organize design files, adapting existing designs into templates for multiple viewport sizes.
• Produce high volumes of banners, emails, landing pages, and other digital assets while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Ensure pixel-perfect files with properly linked assets, organized layers and groups, and consistent naming conventions.
• Update designs with icons, glyphs, copy, and image replacements while following established creative direction.
• Create design specifications, technical instructions, and production documentation.
• Collaborate with visual designers, art directors, developers, QA teams, clients, and production teams.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch, including work with large component libraries.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, design systems, component-based workflows, and technical design specifications.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital production work across banners, emails, landing pages, and different viewport sizes.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, including clean, well-structured code and live text behavior.
• Based in Latin America and available to work in the Pacific Time (PST) time zone.
• Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with responsive website design and development workflows.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, Jira, placeholder assets, and HTML production workflows.
• Experience working with developers and QA teams.
• Experience managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities across multiple projects.
