Digital Designer (Brand, Web, No-Code)

Location: Remote within the EU, including Poland

Salary: 9,000–25,000 PLN net per month on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Drive creative direction for ambitious, multi-year digital transformations.
• Design product experiences across web, mobile, and brand touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor the design team, supporting growth and innovation.
• Collaborate directly with global clients to translate complex visions into elegant digital solutions.
• Shape digital products and experiences with broad user and business impact.

Requirements

• Substantial agency, startup, or scaleup experience crafting digital products.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong modern product and web design principles.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency.
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, Framer, Webflow, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
• English proficiency at B2+ level and experience working remotely.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, project management, product understanding, and ability to give and receive feedback.

Nice to have

• GenAI power-user experience.
• Experience working with global clients and complex digital transformation projects.
