TL;DR
Mid/Senior Designer (AI) (Branding and Digital Marketing): Designing visual identities, campaigns, digital content, and marketing assets for international clients with an accent on typography, composition, art direction, and generative AI. Focus on developing visual concepts, creating AI-assisted imagery, translating brand guidelines across digital formats, and taking designs from concept through final production.
Location: Budapest; based in Croatia. Hybrid working policy.

What you will do
- Design visual identities, campaigns, and marketing content across digital channels.
- Translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into social ads, digital advertising, presentations, and other assets.
- Develop visual concepts with creatives, strategists, and art directors.
- Create and art-direct imagery using generative AI and explore AI-driven creative workflows.
- Apply strong typography, composition, and visual detail while creating basic motion and animation where needed.
- Take designs from concept through final production.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial design experience, ideally in an agency or design studio.
- Strong portfolio covering branding and marketing content, with excellent typography, composition, and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and an interest in experimenting with current AI tools.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- Experience designing for digital formats including social, display, and email, plus basic motion design skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and ability to work in the stated Budapest/Croatia hybrid setup.
Nice to have
- Experience with creative automation or HTML5 display development.
- Experience with 3D design, illustration, or print design and production.
