Staff Brand Designer (3D Design)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $127.2K–$254.4K annually, excluding bonuses, equity, wellness allowance, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Design static 2D and 3D creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity.
• Concept, model, light, texture, and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D, including hero visuals and reusable libraries.
• Extend the consumer brand across social, lifecycle, web, illustration, and partner-branded launch materials.
• Build scalable Figma component libraries, marketing templates, and localization-ready campaign kits.
• Use AI-assisted production tools and adapt work across markets, languages, formats, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance, regional, motion, web, performance, and AI video teams while maintaining a high craft standard.

Requirements

• 7+ years of brand, static, and 3D design experience in a high-volume in-house team or agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand and static work, 3D work, multi-format or multi-market adaptation, and reusable systems or templates.
• Expert command of Cinema 4D and the surrounding 3D workflow, including modeling, lighting, materials, and rendering.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including components, auto layout, variables, and handoff-ready files.
• Strong layout, hierarchy, typography, composition, AI-assisted production, and regulatory design judgment.
• Working fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated category.
• Interest in investing and crypto, with the ability to make the subject clear to others.
